I’m Kieran Fagan. I’ve spent more than two decades in healthcare communications, both in-house and agency-side, working across pharma, biotech, and payer organizations.
I’ve seen how much a strong narrative shapes effective communications. It’s the foundation for clear messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement. And in healthcare, narratives work harder than in most industries. They need to translate complex science, hold up under regulatory scrutiny, and resonate with patients, clinicians, investors, and employees.
