I’ve analyzed the public narratives of more than 800 healthcare companies across biotech, pharma, and medtech using a consistent seven-dimension framework.
Some emphasize scientific data and proof. Others lead with mission, legacy, or reach. These patterns aren't right or wrong. They're signals. The archetypes below reflect those signals, showing where a narrative tends to be clearest, where it may be less visible, and where there's room to sharpen.
Understanding the archetype is a starting point. Deeper analysis focuses on the gap between that signal and the story the company intends to tell—and what to do about it.
